PMPD ROOM INSPECTION REPORT

On this day, Saturday, May 6, 1973, from 11:30 to 12:15, we the undersigned:

1. Indra Kurniawan, Second Police Brigadier, Assistant Investigator, acted as the investigator.

2. Djoko Lelono, Second Police Brigadier, Assistant Investigator, acted as the investigator.

3. Fransisco, Chief Police Brigadier, as supervisor.

Conducted a brief inspection of the bedroom belonging to Maria Ulva S. S. (22 years old, missing since May 5, 1973) at the residence of Mrs. Desi Kartika Sari, address [home address in Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta].

This examination is carried out based on:

• Verbal permission from Mrs. Desi Kartika Sari (adoptive mother of the missing victim) given during an interview on May 6, 1973 at 10:46 AM
• Purpose: To examine whether there are any notes, letters, diaries, or items that indicate voluntary travel plans, signs of distress, or other clues to the loss.
• Present during the inspection: Mrs. Desi Kartika Sari (as the resident of the house and the person who gave the permit).

Inspection results;

• Maria Ulva's bedroom is in a neat and normal condition.
• No notes, personal letters, diaries, or messages were found indicating plans for departure, distress, or communication with others.
• There were no suspiciously missing personal items (clothes, bags, or important documents remained in place, according to Mrs. Desi's statement).
• There were no signs of disturbance, struggle, or entry of strangers into the room.
• All items are visually inspected without removal or confiscation.

Thus, this report is made truthfully, read back to the person concerned, and signed together.
